    New details about the BMW X2 have appeared. First of all, it will be based on the 2015 BMW X1 and available in three-and five-door versions. Its styling and design will be heavily influenced by the BMW X4 and X6, which means that there will be an aggressive front fascia and a sloping roofline.     2-liter four-cylinder petrol engine producing 231 hp (170 kW) and 350 Nm of torque;
    2-liter four-cylinder diesel engine producing 150 hp (110 kW) and 330 Nm of torque;

    It is also reported that a plug-in hybrid BMW X2 variant can appear, as well as high-performance version producing 300 hp.
