11.05.2010 Volvo Rebrands Compact Equipment Division

Volvo has re-branded its Compact Equipment division in the UK and it will now be called Volvo Utility Equipment. The Utility Equipment business will handle the sales and support of Volvo's compact excavators, compact wheeled loaders, backhoe loaders and compaction equipment. These products are used in sectors such as construction, landscaping, public works and road maintenance that are largely served through the plant hire sector.

Over the past few years Volvo has built a network of 17 utility dealers to market its smaller equipment, Volvo utility dealers are supported locally by its own customer support centers and product specialists. The name has changed, but commitment to growing family of customers remains Volvo No. 1 priority.
