25.08.2008 Penny Hydraulics New Fully Hydraulic Vehicle Mounted Crane FV1200

The new Swing Lift Foldaway 1200 (FV1200) from Penny Hydraulics is a fully hydraulic 1200kg capacity vehicle mounted crane designed for 3.5t commercial vehicles. Self-contained hydraulics provide full 360 degree slew rotation with powered boom raise and lower for controlled handling. Hydraulic boom extension and retraction is offered as standard, in combination with a range of optional manual extensions. An optional hydraulic or electric winch enables the crane to raise and lower loads below ground level, for example to support utility maintenance and engineering tasks.

Maximum lifting capacity is 1200kg at 1.5 meters with the boom fully retracted, 500kg when the boom is extended to 3.4 meters and 250kg at full 4.0 meter extension. The crane weighs under 200kg in standard configuration. A unique mounting socket fitting allows the crane to be transferred between vehicles.
