26.10.2011 Jungheinrich New Electric Pedestrian Truck

Jungheinrich is launching a pedestrian electric stacker EJC 214/216 demonstrating high traveling performance and low energy consumption, high lift heights, high residual capacities and long operating times with only one battery charge. Machine is ideal for areas where performance efficiency is important. New stacker is equipped with a powerful 1.6 kW drive motor with the latest generation of Jungheinrich 3-phase AC technology in 24 Volt.

The new electric stacker can lift loads very accurately and carefully and transport loads up to 1.600 kg thanks to electronically controlled 3 kW lift motor. As an option it features proportional hydraulics ensure a gentle and load-protecting depositing of goods in the racking or on the floor. The lowering speed is automatically reduced for the last 300 mm before depositing the load. High residual capacities are resulting from the robust construction of the Jungheinrich truck as well as a 4-wheel chassis.

Electric tiller steering provides very low steering effort especially when the operator has to manoeuvre the truck in very confined spaces with the tiller in an upright position. The “LiftPlus” module can increase the retrieval of goods. With this option lift speed can be increased by up to 80 percent. About ten seconds per lift process can be gained when the forks are lifted above five metres.
